The Dream Team: The Fire Behind Everyday Celebrity

The people making the magic happen before the lights come on.

If you've ever produced an event, you know the truth.

The audience sees the keynote.

The team sees the thousands of tiny decisions that made the keynote possible.

Every speaker introduction, every microphone, every check-in, every email confirmation, every perfectly timed transition, every piece of signage, every vendor, every playlist, every last-minute problem that somehow disappears before anyone notices...none of it happens by accident.

It happens because good people quietly decide to care.

One of my favorite parts of building Everyday Celebrity has been watching the people around me grow alongside it. Every person on this team started somewhere else in my world. Some were clients. Some attended my events. Some simply believed in the vision early enough to raise their hand and ask, "How can I help?"

Today, they're helping build the very experience they once came to attend.

That might be my favorite full-circle moment of all.

So while you'll see me on stage throughout the conference, these are the people making sure everything around the stage actually works.

Jamira Parker

Event Coordinator & Stage Manager

Jamira is the calm in the middle of the chaos. She keeps speakers where they need to be, sessions running on time, and the countless moving pieces backstage working together. If something appears effortless, there's a good chance Jamira had something to do with it.

Kaylin Hickson

Content Creator & Production Assistant

While everyone else is living the experience, Kaylin is capturing it. From behind-the-scenes moments to the content you'll be seeing long after the conference ends, she's documenting the story as it unfolds while supporting production every step of the way.

Bethany Aline

Audio Engineer & Production Assistant

Great production often goes unnoticed, and that's exactly the point. Bethany manages the music throughout the conference while supporting production behind the scenes, helping create an experience where every conversation can be heard exactly as it was meant to be.

Lori Lopez

Vendor & Merch Manager

Lori keeps our marketplace running smoothly and oversees one of my favorite features of the conference, the Make Your Own Merch Bar, where attendees create custom Everyday Celebrity apparel to take home. She is also the one making sure everyone's fed with her charcuterie spreads!

Katie Cesna

Operations Consultant

Katie has an incredible ability to take ambitious ideas and turn them into executable plans. She helps bring structure, organization, and operational strategy to a conference with hundreds of moving parts.

Faith Maduka

Virtual Operations Coordinator

If you've received an email, your registration information, or an event update, there's a good chance Faith had a hand in making it happen. As our virtual right hand, she keeps the back end of the conference running, manages countless behind-the-scenes details, and helps ensure every attendee has the information they need before they ever walk through the doors.

And Then There Are Our Volunteers

You'll see them throughout the venue wearing Everyday Celebrity team shirts.

They're answering questions, helping with check-in, directing guests, supporting speakers, and making sure attendees know where to go next. They volunteered their time because they believe in this community, and this event simply wouldn't be possible without them.

It Started With a Yes

One of the things I'm proudest of isn't just this conference.

It's this team.

They remind me that opportunities have a funny way of multiplying when people stay connected. A client becomes an attendee. An attendee becomes a collaborator. A collaborator becomes someone trusted enough to help produce an event of this scale.

That's the kind of community I hope we're building.

Not one where people simply attend.

One where they eventually help build what's next.
